Lancer Post Office
Longwood University Post Office offers almost all the same services as the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS, some at discounted prices.
We process and distribute all incoming mail and packages to students living on campus, University departments and support services. We also sell stamps and ship packages. Internal campus mail and outgoing University mail are picked up daily and returned to Mail Services for processing.
The entrance to the Lancer Post Office is located on the North side of Graham Hall.
Student Mail Pick Up
Student mail is ready for pickup once you receive an email notification from the Lancer Post Office. All mail is processed within 24 hours of physical arrival on campus. Once notified, pickup anytime during normal business hours.
Mail or packages will be returned to the sender after 30 days.

Student mail should be addressed for delivery to the Lancer Post Office.

How to find your LU Box Number:
- Log in to your myLongwood account.
- Go to the header that says “My Account” and then scroll down to the tile that says “General and Personal Information Dashboard.”
- Scroll down to “Addresses.”
- Then to “Residential PO Address.” That will show your mailing address.
Purchases & Payments
We accept cash, LancerCash, and personal checks. Please make checks out to Longwood University.
*No credit or debit cards at this time*
DoorDash, Walmart & Floral Deliveries
Lancer Post Office does not accept these types of deliveries. These should be sent directly to your residence hall.
