The Lancer CA$H account is a prepaid debit account designed for the Longwood University Community, and it can be accessed by students, faculty, or staff.

Overview for Interested Merchants
Longwood University and Off-Campus Advantage have partnered to bring the Lancer CA$H program out into the Farmville community. Through this partnership, Off-Campus Advantage has built an off-campus merchant network and creates integrated marketing initiatives to educate students, faculty and staff on where to use their Lancer CA$H account on and off campus. Not only do Off-Campus Merchants benefit from the targeted marketing, they also have access to a pool of funds that were previously unavailable.

Making a Deposit
You can add funds to your Lancer CA$H account in several convenient ways.
In Person
Visit the Cashiering Office, Eason 201A, to deposit funds using:
- Cash
- Checks
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- Apple Pay
Online
Deposits can be made through Longwood’s secure online payment portal.
- Select Manage My Account.
There is a $2.25 convenience fee for online deposits.
Add-Value Stations
Use the campus Add-Value Station to add funds directly to your card.
Our campus Add-Value Station is on the ground floor of Greenwood Library by the printers.
- Cash only
- Do not attempt to use these machines if your card is damaged or defective. You will be responsible for any machine repair fees resulting from misuse that damages the machine.
- If you experience any issues with the machines, please notify Lancer Card & Campus Services Office, Eason 204
By Mail
You may also mail a check made payable to Longwood University.

Refunds
You may request a refund from your Lancer CA$H account if your balance exceeds $5 and one of the following applies:
- You graduate
- You withdraw from the University
- Your employment ends
Refund requests may be submitted by mail, email, or in person to the Lancer Card Center.
Important:
If you are moving, please update your address with the University before submitting your refund request.
Refund Fees
A 10% administrative fee applies to each refund request, not to exceed $25.
Refund Processing
- All University debts must be paid before a refund can be issued.
- Refunds are issued by check and mailed to your permanent address on record.
- Processing typically takes 4–6 weeks.
