This 50 acre Longwood University residential community has become a recreation and sports haven for outdoor enthusiasts.

The park includes:

  • Sport Clubs and intramurals sports fields for rugby, lacrosse, soccer, flag football, softball, etc.
  • Jogging/walking path
  • Numerous sites for bird watching, nature hikes, etc.

Fitness Center Hours

Fall Semester Hours:
Monday – Thursday 6:30 a.m. –10:00 p.m.
Friday 6:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Climbing Wall Hours:
Monday – Friday 3:30 – 7:30 p.m.
