Dr. Karen Feathers, Assistant Professor of Special Education, and Longwood alum, Sadie Hodges, M.S. '20, presented at the Virginia Division on Career Development and Transition (VADCDT) conference in Roanoke, VA, in March 2022.  The theme of the conference was "Partnering for Success," and Dr. Feathers and Ms. Hodges' session focused on the "Effectiveness of Video Modeling & Video Self-Modeling Within Job Training Programs for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities."
